[Sca-cooks] CHILI COOK-OFF- OOP

I make a pretty good (annual cook-off winning) green chili stew.  Kyped the mix-list from my younger brother's ex (she is a Santa Fe native), and adapted it for my kids.  FLAVOR but not much heat.  Unfortunately, I don't make it often anymore because my housemate has a love/hate relationship with capsasin.  He LOVES it ... it HATES him.  If I make stuff with capsasin peppers he WILL eat it and then he WILL be ill for two days (poor guy).
 
Ya ... i know we all make choices ... but I OCCASIONALLY need the bathroom too!!!
