My favourite modern dessert has always been Zabaglione, and I was
delighted to find out it's a period recipe too - hooray! There is a
recipe for Zabaglone in Morgan Library's Buhler MS 19. And Fra Niccolo
diFrancesco has been kind enough to post it and a redaction here:
