I'll take you up on those recipes! I inherited the family abelskiver pan, but not the recipe (if Dad even had one....) IIRC, we used to put a dab of homemade applesauce in the centers....mmmmm......

That is an Ableskievers Pan. Rich batter is poured in ... add fruit pie filling ... flip em over with a pair of chopsitcks, yummmmmmm
