[Sca-cooks] Teaching in the SCA

TI is interested in seeing what people have to say on the topic.
It's a subject close to my heart and actually I was the one to suggest
that it might be appropriate as a Quest topic.
I'd like to see people send ideas/opinions in to TI on the topic.
So I thought I would see what people have to think; this list usually 
can be counted
on for opinions.

(and yes doesn't it really suck when you go to all the work, drive the 
long distances,
get the hotel room, and find out on the day of the event that they 
didn't advertise the class, or there are no students,
or they mis-scheduled your talk or the local MoAS forgot to tell anyone 
that you were coming.)
