1) So for question 1, can you still pull off a good feast in your area for
$5 a person?  

Can anyone do it for $4?

2) For question 2 we will just go with the $630 for the week for the 30
people with half of it bought using fs food purchasing requirements and the
other half useable anywhere.  That way we can go for the fs frugality levels
without getting into the actual problems of using fs.
