[Sca-cooks] Trying to identify some kitchen items

I recently picked up a couple of copper, tin-lined cake pans at an estate sale, and cannot find any information on the manufacturer. They are both stamped with the words "Wassberg" and "Boras" surrounding the image of a teakettle. Is anyone familiar with this brand?
The former owner is Danish and her kitchen was obviously equipped for entertaining (I left the sale with the promise of an invitation to a "real" smorgasbord from her Swedish sister-in-law). I also picked up a number of small, wooden, butter-knife-like items for dishing up spreads, and a small copper saucepan on three legs (way cool). She had, however, something I didn't recognize: several items that could only be described as de-barked twigs, about five inches long, a little over 1/16" in diameter, and tapered at one end, the tapered end being warped or even curled a bit. She had them sorted and tied in bundles of a dozen each, and were in the tray with her serving spoons. Does anyone know what they are?
In servicio,
Talana
