Potrero War happens in the Barony of Calafia (San Diego County, CA). 
It happens twice a year, on Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day 
weekend. As far as I know, we are one of the only Baronies that puts 
on its own war.

It's a small one but a fun one in the far Southwest reaches of the 
Kingdom of Caid. In May it usually draws between 2000 and 3000 people 
and in September it draws about 1000.
