I've had it for at least 6 or 8 years, because I used the Ravielles recipes  
for a local 12th night that long ago.  I no longer remember who sent it to  
me.  I believe that they are standard legal-size copies; in any case, it  looks 
like the person opened the magazine, laid it on top of a copier, and  copied 
both pages at once, however the pages are rather out of order which seems  odd.
Our scanner is not quite large enough to handle them, and in any case is  not 
working very well at the moment.
