[Sca-cooks] Meatballs with yeast dough

I recall seeing a recipe somewhere that specified kneading yeast dough with meat to make meatballs, but I can't find it any more. Am I dreaming this? I felt sure it was in a Middöle eastern source, but I can't seem to find it in Medieval Arab Cookery. 

Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?
