I came across a joke once, about the difference between glatt kosher
and "ordinary" kosher.

In the World To Come. the Holy One will hold a great feast for all the
righteous of the world.  And there will be upon the table, the roasted
flesh of Behemoth, the great beast.  And there will also be Leviathan,
the great fish -- to feed those who are glatt kosher, and don't trust
the caterer.
