<<< Perhaps we on the list can come up with suggestions for items to
be included
on list of 50 items to be found in the well equiped period kitchen of
say
the 15th or 16th century? Such, with documentation of each item,
would make
the basis for a nice article. >>>
Well, if anyone chooses to work on this project or even part of it,
I've tried to capture some of the previous discussion on such objects
and what I have can be found in the FOOD-UTENSILS section of the
Florilegium.
And if you further document one or more of these items or write an
article on them, I'd love to have either for the Florilegium.
Thanks,
Stefan
