Yes, I am primarily looking for recipes to use at home.  What I really want 
are hot side dishes that can be used with a meal, not cold salads or dips. 

Thanks for the good wishes.  Husband and I both lost a little in our 
measurements the week before Pennsic - don't know about weight, since we 
don't have a scale!  :)
