[Sca-cooks] OOP: Rugelach recipes

My youngest brother is in the Army, currently stationed in the Sinai
with the multinational force.  He is arranging with the chaplain for a
Hanukkah celebration for the 15 Jewish soldiers (in the whole
battallion.  And he would like rugelach.  Does anyone have a
*time-tested* recipe for really good rugelach?  I can do my own
googling -- I'm hoping  that someone has an old family favorite they
are willing to share.
