Well, if your blueberry jam is the same as ours, I'd say no.  But that is
assuming a lot.  If the jam you buy has large chunks of fruit still in it,
you can probably work with it and add something else to it.  I usually think
of cloves when I work with blueberries, they are a good combination
together.  
Should be interesting!
