[Sca-cooks] Re Unique Salads with Turkey

Many thanks Stefan for sending me your address for period salads. As we 
have done a lot of them or variations thereof in previous dinner parties 
we have decided against that and against fruit in salad for Chileans. We 
are going for red lettuce, croutons and pouched quail eggs with Italian 
dressing which is a recipe from a restaurant called Horcher's in Madrid.
