[Sca-cooks] Cheese goo success!

We have used asparagus...as well as mushrooms and occasionally broccoli!
It's all good...and chunks of a crusty French bread work well also.
Finally, though it's not in the recipe, but oh, so good...tender roast beef
cooked to about medium rare and cut into chunks.
