[Sca-cooks] Another Pastry Question

In our family, from Liverpool- this would be called an Eccles Cake.  
In other parts of the UK they are called Garibaldi biscuits, Chorly  
Cake and Banbury Cake. These vary in the type of pastry used and if  
they are squares, or cakes.
