The same as with any other vertebrate, probably. Mandibular bone,  
jawbone... these can describe either the left side, the right side, or  
the pair, joined at what is known as the mandibular notch. Usually  
assumed, unless specifically stated otherwise, to indicate the lower  
jaw.

Does that help? Or are you thinking of something like hog jowls, and  
wondering about the bone associated with that?
