I'll agree with the sentiment that the servers and dishwashers are 
extremely welcome and appreciated.

In fact, I value them so much that I factor their food into the cost 
of the feast and feed them in exchange for their labor (as I also do 
with the cooks).

Nobody, not anyone working in my kitchen, or any guest of the feast, 
shall ever go hungry at one of my feasts. Nobody will be allowed to 
work themselves to exhaustion either (I constantly remind people to 
stay hydrated and to take short breaks and SIT DOWN for a bit).

I guess this approach of mine works as I am never short on volunteers 
and I am often told that people like working in my kitchens.
