Urtatim, I haven't seen/used this book specifically, but I've read some of
her other work and I've been pretty impressed with it.  My parents, who are
very picky when it comes to mid-eastern cookbooks, actually really like her
work (scores pretty high authenticity points with them)...and it's not just
'cause we all share a surname. ;-)
