[Sca-cooks] Beverage experiments

I've made fresh cheese a few times. One time i saved the whey and 
brought it as a beverage to a 16th C. Salon that was going on at an 
event.

Folks seemed to quite dislike it.

They did, however, drink up the fruit syrups i'd made.
