[Sca-cooks] Feast costs/budgets

In my barony, the cost of the Royal Lunch is covered by my husband and I.  Since I am usually the one cooking it, it is never a big deal.  

This is the same basic law that keeps Baronies from using funds to purchase presentations for other Baronies. Though if the item is to be used as regalia for the Barony (or Kingdom) it is acceptable.

It's been against Corporate Policy as long as I've been a member,
actually....I don't recall any time in the past when it was allowed to use
SCA monies to benefit only a few people (as in, a separate royal luncheon).

  Unfortunately this tradition is now specifically against the law per
  corporate finanacial policy. Tis a shame, but I guess they have their
