The National Honey Board says that 1 gallon of honey weighs roughly 12 
pounds (192 oz), varying slightly because of the moisture content.

1 fl oz = 1.5 oz
1/2 cup = 6 oz.
1 cup = 12 oz
1 pt = 24 oz
1 qt = 48 oz
