[Sca-cooks] Bread bowls was Coffyn pan?

Personally, I think the "Breakfast Nirvana" he does (as dubbed by some
campmates) is even better than the garlic chicken. Eggs, sausage gravy,
biscuits, bacon, etc. Heart attack in a bowl, but YUMMY :)
