Well Greetings as well Klaus,
Lots of us do subtlties on here... Thanks for the link on the list BTW Olwen,.... ;)
I have done a Gingerbread farmhouse, stained glass window from the Tower of London, A Giant Mouse of Merinugue, Ships made of Chickens, Pigs out of Veggies, Mice out of Pears, eggs out of well eggs but inside was a custard dessert, and several others... so if you need ideas or have questions feel free to ask. I doubt that you'll find to many Boil in Baggers here although I know that Papa Gunthar recently did so out of neccessity. Heck most of the folks on here will cook feast over a fire if they can... lol
Myself, I prefer a kitchen. But the only feast I have done so far was done without a kitchen... lol.
Professionally I cook for aproximately 200 little rugrats every weekday. ;) And the number is going to be going up soon, but since I am getting a renovation and some more equipment out of it hey I am not complaining. Besides I am a Chef that gets nights off, and I don't have to work on the weekends. I think that ROCKS!!!

Anyways welcome to the list. If you need some ideas and haven't hit Cariadoc's website yet go there for tons of recipes and cookbooks. Yes there are others by people on this list I just remember his off the top of my head. Oh wait let me not hurt his feelings.... The guy who is in charge of the Flourilegium is on here as well, and will probably chime in with the webpages for the articles on Subtleties as well as many other things... so go and hit the Floureligium as well. (There's a plug for Stefan...) ;)

And yes Olwen is like the Queen of Subtleties... so fire away with any questions or thoughts.
