[Sca-cooks] Chickpea flour, barley flour

Chickpea flour would certainly be sold at Indian grocery stores. It may
be labelled "besan" or "gram flour". Barley flour would be at a health
food store.

I'd like to put in a word for a series of books by Linda Bladholm, "The
____ Grocery Store Demystified" (Asian, Indian, Latin American &
Caribbean). Very useful for the cook who wants to shop in ethnic
grocery stores which are full of wonderful foods, but which may lack
understandable labels or English-speaking staff.
