Greetings all.

I know we have had prior discussion on where to find/buy sausage casings.? Today 
on my way home, I stopped by our local feed store and well, found some.? Hanging 
on one of those handy dandy strip things next to the check out were many kinds 
of jerky, gummy packaged candy, and "natural" sausage casings.? It really did 
make me just stop.? I pointed out to the store manager that sausage casings 
probably were not considered a snack food.? He agreed, but he did laugh and 
shake his head wondering if someone had accidently bought the casings thinking 
they were jerky.?
