[Sca-cooks] Dinner Impossible

I missed the first half of the show this evening, but the second half was pretty well done.  He was actually grinding ALL his spices with a mortar & pestle, roasting his meats on spits (he did pheasant, quail, chickens, venison, and swordfish), baking bread in the ovens... basically, it looked like he was doing everything the way it was done Medievally.  He did have some assistance from the Ren Faire folks, but it looked rather well done.

Personally, I think he could easily pull off an SCA feast with only one or two of our head cook's assisting.
