Actually mine is dirt simple... it's not really spiced at all.

Cut 4-6 lbs brisket into bite sized chunks.
Chop 2-4 leeks into 1 inch rings.
Put in crockpot with ~2 cups water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let crockpot run till it looks done (5-8 hours, depending on crockpot).

Cool and put in mason jars.
