[Sca-cooks] Edible Communities

One of the publications that I encountered on my recent trip
to the Southwest was one called Edible Santa Fe.
It's one of a series of what are billed as Edible Publications.
There are a number being produced across the country.

Those that haven't encountered them might like knowing about what they 
contain.
The one I saw was nicely produced, good writing on local foods and a good
article on MFK Fisher.
