Just for those who did get it, and are beginning to wonder if Mordonna's
Mom and I have been whiffling through your copies...
the last 4 pages of volume 137 (Volume 2 of what I wrote) are missing and
will, in due course arrive in the mail from the printer as an errata.
Also, curiously enough, the second half of page 61 in vol. 137 in fact has
nothing to do with menstruation, but is a duplicate of some of the HAIR
recipes that snuck in from the first half of page 48 in vol. 136. Oops. :)
