[Sca-cooks] A Midrealm Cook's Passing

I met him once -- briefly -- at Pennsic, but we did exchange some
emails.  He was doing some work with de Nola at the same time that I
was in the middle of my translation.  He very kindly sent me a
photocopy of the facsimile edition -- unasked, and at his own expense.
 I was touched by his thoughtfulness.
