pumpkin is a great vegetable.  i make a stew in the fall 
out of pork, pumpkin, corn and green chilies.  you can 
throw in some pinto or kidney beans too.  really good. 
 sometimes the pumpkin stays chunky and sometimes it falls 
apart to thicken the broth.  either way, great with some 
good rye bread.
