we just got a pro's ranch market here in albuquerque. 
 what a terrific store!  definitely plays on the hispanic 
heritage and area (mariachi music playing loud and long) 
as well as some interesting herbs, fresh cheeses and an 
honest to gawd selection of seafood/fish.  it can stay, 
big time!

however, dear heart drew my attention to the skinned pig 
head nestled among the tripe and pigs' feet.  made sense 
here.  i certainly wouldn't expect to see one at smith's 
or albertson's.  8)
