Read the books of GULLIVER'S TRAVELS other than the little people and the big people.    Or find some Cliff's notes.  The word "yahoo" figures importantly in the section about the horse people.  There, I think I have directed you properly without spoiling the joke.  At least, I hope it was an intentional joke.
