[Sca-cooks] Tacuinum Sanitatis Text edition

While I've heard of the Tacuinum (a friend has a copy, but I don't the 
language), I've never heard of an olive-garlic paste.  Sounds quite 
intriguing! Is it a condiment or medicinal or just an ingredient?
