[Sca-cooks] recipes w/spice

There are a number of recipes that don't specify an exact set of spices so
certainly there are a number that can be given. Two in my repetoire I can
think of off the top of my head is an Italian Recipe called "Mountain
Mushrooms" and the Mustard Sauce our of Managier de Paris.
