What you're going to look for is a class that is at least a few 
sessions.  The last time I took it, it was over the course of 2 days, so 
roughly 16 hours.  You will want to make sure that the textbook is by 
ServSafe, and this website, http://www.servsafe.com/ should help. This 
is a nationally recognized program, and would be good anywhere you would 
want to go with it.
