While I see your point, I hope you see mine as well.

I get very frustrated with pointing out that:

A. I did not make a feast for the tastes of one person, I don't care 
who it is or how important they think they are. It is for the group 
and not everyone is going to like or be able to eat everything. There 
is just no possible way that can happen with a large group.

B. There is a written list of ingredients that includes EVERYTHING in 
each dish, I don't leave things out and grilling me incessantly to 
try to "catch me lying" is not a way to stay in my good graces. Yes, 
some people have this truly annoying habit.

C. There are plenty of choices at every meal I do. There is always a 
balance of things, meat vs. vegetarian, dishes with nuts and ones 
without, yadda, yadda, ad infinitum.

D. Nobody but the most picky, ridiculous person has EVER gone hungry 
at one of my feasts. They will get their money's worth.
