I thought that, too, but apparently while there's a question of  
degree, they both do it -- it's just that in the case of ammonia, it's  
more like A Recipe For Chlorine Gas, and in the case of vinegar, it's  
more like, hey, make sure the solution is weak and you've got  
ventilation, because it generates a bit of chlorine gas, okay?
