[Sca-cooks] BAD sources for historical cooks

The first "period" cooking I did was a recipe from the Pepperidge Farm 
Cookbook. Even then I couldn't understand just why the author redacted it 
the way she did. It was chicken stewed in a ton of bacon grease with grapes.
