[Sca-cooks] siege cooking at grand outlandish

yes, in the outlands for memorial weekend - grand 
outlandish.  saturday is siege cooking day, with teams of 
three cooks and one scullery person.   should be fun.  i 
am on a really good team.

the coordinator has decreed (in theme with the event) 
pirates and/or adventure on the high seas.  unfortunately, 
she also says 8 (yes, that's eight) judges.  we are more 
worried about stuff for plating than cooking!

the team has taken on pirate names for fun tho not 
necessary, and we have been brainstorming like crazy.
we are having fun  even before it starts.

will report on ingredients and outcome after memorial day.
