Sammelhandschriften der Münchener Staatsbibliothek *Cgm 349, 384, 467,
725*, die ins Liederbuch des Jacob Kebicz eingetragene Reze&uumlpte aus
*Cgm 811* und die im Umfeld lateinisch-theologischer Texte überlieferte
Sammlung des *Clm 15632* aus dem Kloster Rott am Inn.

Der Band enthält wieder Faximile, Abschrift und Übersetzung, dazu
jeweils ausführliche Beschreibungen der Quellen, eine Gegenüberstellung
zu anderen bereits edierten Quellen, ein großes Glossar und ein
Literaturverzeichnis.

'Normale' Buchgröße, aber recht dick, das 'Pergament'-Papier macht
dieses Buch zu einem Genuß über den Inhalt hinaus.

Ich hoffe sehr, daß Tupperware die begonnene Tradition der Erschließung
mittelalterlicher deutschsprachiger Kochrezeptsammlungen bald fortsetzt.

With shipping my copy cost 44 Euros in 2006, so that's not a bad price.
Mine came from amazon.de

As to interlibrary loans, WorldCat this am listed no USA locations.
It's only listed as in European libraries and in only 13 of those.

Looks like you'll have to buy a copy.
