Well, no, actually.  When the King's word is law, it's probably quite 
important that Royals are members.  The organisation that sold your your 
medication is probably quite similar.  They allow their employees to put 
you on a payment plan, but they don't let people come in off the street 
and make promises to their customers.  They may be flexible about the 
payments, but I expect you'd find they're quite, quite rigid about only 
letting their own employees speak on their behalf.
