[Sca-cooks] OOP - Selecting the new White House Executive Chef

I found this story very interesting, it's an aspect of the transition I had 
not come across. IMO, if it's food-related, it's fair game for this list. 
There are certainly equvalent positions in period. How many times have the 
rest of you good gentles seen "Vatel", which reminded me of being in the 
kitchen of a big event anyway? Deja vu all over again, that one was! (;-)
