Yep.  1 12 oz bag of cranberries, 1 cup water, 3/4 cup Splenda, 2 teaspoons grated orange peel, 1 teaspoon ground ginger.  Margaret says a little more orange peel and another teaspoon of ginger.  She likes tart and tangy rather than sweet.
