I was searching Google Images today for something totally unrelated
and this image popped up.

The source is : Manners, Custom and Dress During the Middle Ages and 
During the Renaissance Period.
Author: Paul Lacroix and it's part of Project Gutenberg.

The book has a section on cookery which is dated of course, but
if you scan through the text and click on the illustration boxes,
there are images of bakers, brewers, butchers, etc. It advertises 
/Four Hundred Engravings on Wood/.
Some of these might prove useful.

Worth browsing anyway.
