[Sca-cooks] pictures of fish tart - help

i have some lovely pictures of my silver gilded fish tart, 
but being the monkey with a hand grenade i am around 
computers, i have to idea how to post them to the list or 
the site.

if someone would be patient enough to send me some 
directions off list, it would be greatly appreciated.
