For now, you can freeze them. They live up to this extremely well.

Then put them in sauces (with any kind of meat: pork, chicken, etc.)
as you would blueberries or apples. Just cook until they start
popping. They'd probably be good with red meats too.

Use them in breads and muffins. Make pies. My favourite? Cooked in a
bit of water and sugar to taste until they pop, then you can eat them
like any other jam, on bread, with a cream cheese bagel, on ice
cream... the variations are endless!

I suggest a quick search on Google... "Cranberry recipes" turned out a
lot of them, the first one, a good start, being

Basically... it's a berry. Anything you'd do with blueberries would
work. You might want to put a little more sugar though, they're rather
tart, but very tasty. We're big fans...
