we are blessed with a looooooooong gravel driveway and 
dear heart was a firefighter/paramedic years ago, so 
sanity does indeed reign.

we just can't afford all that peanut oil anymore.  i buy a 
$10.00 sale turkey and spend almost $40.00 on oil!
